**Puesto: Specialized Operator I (molding)/Operador de Moldeo.**

**Reporta a: Supervisor de Producción.**

**Descripción**:
Es responsable de realizar las operaciones de ensamble, pruebas, empaques, envíos a almacén, así como reportes de control de proceso o producción, requeridos para lograr las metas de producción.

**Deberes y Responsabilidades**:

- Responsable del seguimiento de reglas y procedimientos de seguridad e higiene. Comunicar cualquier acto o condición insegura a su Supervisor inmediato.
- Realizar las operaciones de acuerdo a instructivos, ayudas visuales o procedimientos que apliquen.
- Realizar operaciones secundarias de ensamble utilizando equipos y maquinarias según lo requiera.
- Programación de peso unitario en básculas para conteo de piezas moldeadas.
- Utilización de microscopios para inspección de piezas pequeñas.
- Interpretación de dibujos para inspección de piezas para verificar cambios de configuración.
- Interpretación de listado de materiales para verificar resina y componentes que utiliza las piezas moldeadas.
- Habilidad para operar más de una maquina moldeadora a la vez.
- Manejo de costo de materiales para elaboración de reportes de scrap.
- Elaboración de transfers de producto terminado al almacén.
- Asegurar que los productos ensamblados o manufacturados cumplan con las especificaciones o requerimientos de Calidad.
- Seguir los procedimientos de TL9000 aplicables.
- Cumplir con los estándares de producción que apliquen.
- Para operadores con experiência ayudar en el entrenamiento de personal de acuerdo a los procedimientos aplicables.
- Responsable de mantener orden y limpieza en su área de trabajo, de acuerdo al programa de 5S’s.
- Preparar reportes requeridos de producción, de control de proceso, etc.
- Participar en actividades de 5S y seguridad.
- Este puesto/función debe ser responsable de entender y seguir los requerimientos del sistema de administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, su Política, los estándares y procedimientos aplicables.

**Requisitos**:

- Educación: Secundaria preferiblemente.
- Experiência: 1 año mínimo en el puesto similar preferiblemente.
