**Responsibilities will include**:
- Liaison with CX on fulfillment related issues.
- Maintain master item file with returns partner and work with tech design to upload item dimensions to WMS for new SKUs.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to solve business problems and drive better informed decisions.
**Including but not limited to**:
- Parcel level detail analysis
- Delivery performance
**Support on domestic freight related to**:
- FBS network cross docks
- Wholesale RA’s
- **Maintain and update monthly outbound parcel costs in BI tool (Looker)**:
- **Ensure relevant transactions (orders, PO’s, return transfers, etc.) are present in WMS and troubleshoot any missing transactions.**:
- **Actualize PO Shipped qty on inbound PO’s based on Packing List received from vendors**:
- **Support Logistics/Fulfillment functions handled by Logistics/Fulfillment managers when they are unavailable/on PTO**
**Education & Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Admin with Supply chain focus
- Experience in transportation operations, omni channel fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, management
- English: 90% Written / 90% Spoken
**Salary**: $22,500.00 - $25,500.00 per month
Work Location: One location
