- As a LATAM Compliance Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance processes and monitoring activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Tracking compliance with internal policies and legal requirements across various areas such as Third-Party Representative (TPR) risk assessment process, TPR Transactions, HealthCare Professionals itransactions, Safeguard alerts, Grants, Donations and Sponsorships (GDS), Samples, Events, Employee Expenses, and others.
- Monitoring and following up on business ethics alerts.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across business units to address compliance gaps and maintain accurate documentation.
- Maintaining a tracker of monitoring requests.
- Analyzing data and developing actionable periodic reports for Compliance teams across our affiliates and Regional Office in Latin America.

**Qualifications**
- You hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in compliance is a plus.
- Experience in compliance monitoring, risk management, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry and/or working with compliance management systems will be an advantage.
