As a **customer support Representative **you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Assist customers with payment-related queries, transactions, and troubleshooting. Ensure seamless processing and resolution of payment issues to enhance user experience.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to customer questions, concerns, and feedback. Offer clear and concise explanations, instructions, and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to create comprehensive reports and analyses.
- Oversee the driver check-in process to facilitate smooth operations and timely service delivery

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:Bachelor's degree related to business Administration, or Logistics related.
- **Experience**: At least six months of experience working in customer service, or logistics related.
- **Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
