**¿Qué estamos buscando?**

Buscamos al mejor Customer Support Representative (CSR) para unirse a nuestro equipo de Revenue - Soporte General en México.

**Vas a tener la oportunidad de**:

- Ser el primer punto de contacto con los clientes de Xepelin, brindándoles un servicio amable y rápido para resolver sus dudas y problemas.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Customer Success para recopilar el feedback de los clientes y utilizarlo para mejorar continuamente nuestra plataforma.
- Facilitar el proceso de onboarding para que los clientes puedan gestionar sus cuentas de manera autónoma.
- Identificar oportunidades para automatizar y optimizar los procesos internos.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para persuadir y convencer a los clientes de la solución adecuada.
- Pasión por el negocio y disposición para dar y recibir feedback, además de estar siempre en busca de nuevas formas y oportunidades para mejorar la atención al cliente.
- Un espíritu entusiasta, positivo, enérgico y amable para mantener una excelente relación con nuestros clientes.

**Lo que nos llamará mucho la atención**:

- Conocimientos básicos de conceptos financieros.
- Experiência previa en áreas de soporte al cliente o campos relacionados.
- Experiência laboral en fintech, empresas del sector financiero o industrias similares.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de CRM como Hubspot u otras.
