Import/expert Specialist

Managing the company’s shipping operations, including scheduling appointments with shipping companies and filing customs paperwork
- Managing inventory by monitoring the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse to ensure that they are properly stored and accounted for
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers of raw materials or manufacturers who use the company’s products
- Developing and implementing import/export strategies that support the company's business goals and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Managing import and export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and other shipping documents
- Negotiating freight rates and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers
- Perform audit on all import and export files on regular basis.
- Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all export and import products for custom clearance.
- Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Education

Bachelor degree, business, industrial or systems Engineering.

**Experience**:
Manufacturing field.

SAP: 1 year (required)

Maquilas purchase: 5 years (preferred)

Tariffs/customs bills/customs laws: 5 years (required)

Full English language proficiency
