**Job summary**:
As a Tactical Sourcing Manager at our company, your role is responsible to coordinate sourcing strategy (from category leaders) at operations level, manage supplier relationship by having clear understanding of operations and supplier needs to coordinate w good procurement practices and communication, validate that a good analysis of issues affecting operations is being done considering supplier view and operations view, getting to the real root cause and address the execution of corrective actions, inform/escalate timely with a complete summary to category leaders and sourcing directors about major affections to operations, validate that sourcing and procurement processes are being follow according to policies. Monitor and evaluate supplier stocking program performance, provide feedback and recommendation of changes to strategy to category leaders, monitor parameters accuracy and PIPO projects are followed properly, supervise activities from sourcing buyers and buyers.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Manage Supplier Meetings in coordination with Sourcing Buyer for Stock Revisions on Kanban Parts (Stocking programs), identify supply risks, analyze and execute resolution, maintain supplier stocking program performance track and comunicate results to Category Leader and Director.
- Address and coordinate resolution of critical items with vendors, define priorities, analisys of root cause, execution of corrective actions, sends formal escalation to Category Leader, Sourcing Director.
- Participation on facility meetings ( weekly production, past due, red tiems, pacemaker, POM Review).
- Participation and coordination of events, projects for improvements ( Kaizen, BSF, VAVE), execution and completion of open tasks.
- Supervising Sourcing PIPO plan and execution.
- Address and coordinate resolution of supplier inquiries and escalations with Operations and Sourcing corp (aging inventory, payments, any other).
- Supports to general operational processes such as Logistics, Trade Compliance, 3PL, External Warehouse service.
- Coordinate and attend supplier visits to facility or at supplier location as required.

**Skills**:

- Advanced English level.
- Procurement / Planning / Kanban / MRP Knowledge.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision, Sense of ownership.
- Supply chain (logistics / import /export) knowledge.
- Supplier risk management/capacity/cost/spend -supplier on boarding/off boarding, and resource management decisions.
- Use and interpret data to determine purchasing needs and perform inventory management tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelors Degree.
- Experience: At least 5 years in similar roles.
