**INSIDES SALES ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE**

**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**:
Attention to customer portfolios, receiving and analyzing customer consumption forecasts month by month, to follow up on deliveries during the current month, ensuring that the established percentage of variation between consumption and forecast is met.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Attend, in person and by telephone, to the clients of the assigned portfolio.
Make quotations to customers (no, this is done by external sales).
Perform a calendar of activities for each project (no, this is done by outside sales).
Follow up with internal customers (Production, Quality, Technical Service, Warehouse, Logistics) on customer requirements.
Support the Sales Supervisor to perform the complete sales cycle from the (request of finished products by the customer, according to customer needs and adhering to the times that NPAMX has in terms of acquisition of raw materials, transit of these and local production, to schedule the delivery of materials to customers, including the issuance of documents for delivery, to the collection ("collection only in specific cases or as support to the finance area").

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Sex: Indistinct.
- Age: 25 to 55 years old.
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Relations, International Trade, or a related field.

**DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE**:

- General knowledge of the sales area (and customer service).
- Make, interpret, and analyze sales information
- Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal traffic regulations.
- Knowledge of IAFT16949 standard
- Knowledge of 8D's and 5 Whys methodology.
