Join the K Family in Queretaro. As a procurement coordinator you will be a key member of the business by supporting Procurement Category Managers in achieving the goals settled in different bid negotiations and budgeting, so they can have the required input for decision making to achieve the commitments settled for the packaging category.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP) - **Design, structure, send RFIs and RFPs to suppliers and analyze them once returned from suppliers. Analyzing bids and running sensitivity analysis to propose recommendations and an award solution. Lead Specific Categories.
- ** Specification opportunities - **Propose new suppliers, technologies, specifications to bring value to the end-to-end chain.
- ** Data and Analytics support - **Data collection, conducting supply market research. Conduct supply market analysis, supplier scan and update list of potential suppliers.** **Analytical support, conducting analyses on spend data /researching trends. Benchmarking and updating key market indices. Assisting in spend data analysis and basic financial analyses.
- ** Assisting in annual budget-** Assisting in preparing annual budgets/ savings pipeline & monthly procurement performance status reports.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelors degree
- Advanced English
- 1-2 years’ experience in Procurement
- Excel proficiency, analytical skills
- Sense of urgency, initiative, communication with different areas and teams
