**Job Description**:
AECOM México está buscando un Coordinador MEP para colaborar en el proyecto de Metrorrey.
Será responsable de la administración e implementación de todas las fases del trabajo relacionadas con las disciplinas Mecánica, Eléctrica y de Drenaje (MEP), incluida la preconstrucción, la elaboración de presupuestos, la programación, las adquisiciones, el desarrollo de contratos, los planos y presentaciones de talleres, la coordinación del diseño, construcción e implementación, rotación de espacios y cierre de contratos. Este puesto será responsable de la gestión de supervisión de un importante proyecto del sector ferroviario
Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, pero no se limitan a, las que se enumeran a continuación:
+ Realización de revisión de diseño previo a la construcción y análisis de presupuesto
+ Programación de todas las actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo del MEP, coordinadas con los requisitos generales del cronograma del proyecto mediante el uso de CPM, gráfico de barras, intervalos cortos y micro cronogramas
+ Adquisiciones comerciales, incluido el desarrollo de paquetes de ofertas, análisis de ofertas, nívelación y revisión del alcance y la preparación de subcontratos comerciales.
+ Trabajar en conjunto con el Superintendente General de Proyectos para supervisar las actividades de los contratistas del proyecto del MEP.
+ Revisión y aprobación de requisiciones mensuales
+ Evaluación de órdenes de trabajo extra de subcontratistas
+ Organizar y facilitar la coordinación de planos de instalación comercial
+ La interfaz con el cliente y los consultores de diseño, facilitando la resolución oportuna de problemas y cambios de diseño abiertos
+ Supervisar y realizar un seguimiento de las solicitudes comerciales de información (RFI)
+ Desarrollar y realizar un seguimiento de materiales, equipos y planos de taller mediante programas de uso o presentación e informes de estado de materiales y equipos.
+ Llevar a cabo reuniones de coordinación de contratistas
+ Creación de gráficos, listas de verificación y herramientas específicas del proyecto según sea necesario para monitorear y rastrear el progreso comercial a través de todas las fases del proyecto para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos del cronograma y que todo el trabajo se realice en pleno cumplimiento de los requisitos del proyecto.
+ Coordinar todo el trabajo relacionado con las autoridades locales y los servicios públicos locales
+ Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de todos los subdirectores de proyectos del MEP, ingenieros de proyectos del MEP y otro personal de apoyo relacionado
+ Ayudar al ejecutivo del proyecto a trabajar con todos los departamentos, incluidos los servicios de estimación, programación, adquisiciones, relaciones laborales, finanzas, contabilidad y otros, según sea necesario.
