**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
Responsible of Annual Operetion Planning of People Cost of CARICAM & ANDINOS, analysis of desviation of monthly closing and FCST.

**Your Impact**:
As TR Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of
- Generation of People Cost AOP at CARICAM & ANDINOS.
- Analyze variances in closings vs FCST.
- Perform monthly FCST at HC level to report to finance.
- Costing of people at the request of HRBP.
- Performing executive presentations for VP's.
- Calculation of monthly Bonus Provisions per person.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor Degree (Engennier, Finance, Actuary, Business Administration or related with applicable work experience)

**Experience**
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portugueses (Basic)
- Experience of 1 year or less
- Advanced level of Excel (Power BI, Powe Pivot)
- Knowledge in data interpretation and statistical analysis of market data
- Ability to do analysis, you do not need proven experience in this, but you know how to interpret data.
- Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Collaboration with mlticulture teams and vendors
