**Job Description** The Opportunity**:
Mattel is currently seeking an **Assoc Analyst Marketing Planning & Control** that will be responsible for centralize the Advertising & Promotion budget management, assuring that we invest in the right channels and products to generate demand within our customers to achieve our goals.
**What Your Impact Will Be**:
- Supporting the monthly, quaterly and yearly end close process from marketing budget perspective with variance analysis fosucing on budget allocation per brand working together with finance team
- Perform detailed reviews of actual spend with finance business partners and budget holders
- Media investments financial analysis providing cash flow planning
- Managing and controlling monthly Anaplan (business planning tool) A&P submission, aligning with brand budget holders
- Aligning and tracking yearly marketing provisions
- Purchase order creation PO creation and spend control and planning
**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**:
- Understanding finantial concepts and processes is a plus
- Attention to details and ability to identify inconsistencies
- Passion for continuos improvements
- Proactive
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge in close budget management
- Knowledge in month-end and year end close process
- Advanced excel
- Advanced english
