**Purpose**

**Job Duties**
- Analyze customers' daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly demand and releases to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and with the highest quality standards.
- Prepare optimal weekly shipment plans to efficiently process customer orders.
- Coordinate order submissions by liaising with technical support teams.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment, truck bookings, and accurate transmission of Advance Shipping Notices (ASN).
- Create and distribute monthly customer dashboards and reports, providing valuable insights into sales and account performance.
- Contribute to the development of material planning reports and promptly communicate them to customers and suppliers.
- Assist in crafting suppliers' shipment plans, taking into account production lead times, transit times, and other relevant factors.
- Prepare and communicate reports on aged inventory to facilitate decision-making.
- Foster collaboration across departments, including logistics, accounting, engineering, suppliers, and customers, to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence by providing strategic insights and recommendations, implementing standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service, and resolving issues promptly.
- Address customer product or service concerns by thoroughly investigating complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Generate comprehensive product or service reports through in-depth analysis of customer data, offering valuable insights for continuous improvement.

**Knowledge and Experience (Key Competencies)**
- Solid proficiency in data analysis and mastery of various ERP systems, including Oracle and SAP.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities, emphasizing synthesis and objectivity.

- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, honesty, and respect for colleagues and tasks.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar majors.
- University degree.
- Advanced English proficiency for engaging in conversations.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
