La empresa Uber Freight, busca profesionales experimentados en atención al cliente con experiência en el campo del Transporte, Cadena de Suministro o Logística. Nuestros especialistas gestionarán las funciones de transporte para garantizar la entrega precisa y oportuna del producto de la manera más eficiente y rentable, al mismo tiempo que brindarán un excelente servicio al cliente a nuestros clientes.
- Gestione los aspectos diarios de la reserva, el envío, el seguimiento y la facturación de envíos de importación y exportación.
- Capacidad segura para cargas
- Aprovechar la relación con los transportistas para influir en las adjudicaciones de capacidad durante mercados ajustados
- Determinar la elegibilidad para el flete adicional no comprometido que se otorgará a los servicios de corretaje interno.
- Comuníquese con el transportista para obtener el estado de carga licitada; Continuar monitoreando el envío para determinar si se ha recogido a tiempo, en tránsito, entregado o vacío.
- Actualizar el estado de carga en el sistema, por ejemplo, cargado, recogido, entregado, vacío, etc.
- Notificar al remitente y/o al destinatario sobre el estado de la carga y reprogramar las citas de recogida/entrega cuando sea necesario
- Establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas con los remitentes y destinatarios a través de comunicaciones y respuestas a consultas profesionales y oportunas.
- Comunicarse y obtener aprobación para envíos rápidos
- Uso de JIRA, incluida la solicitud de nuevos usuarios y restablecimiento de contraseñas a través de JIRA; Proporcionar comentarios específicos y detallados para garantizar que la mesa de ayuda reciba solicitudes claras y procesables dentro de JIRA.
- Capacite a los usuarios de los clientes sobre el TMS, aprovechando el conocimiento de las prácticas comerciales y el flujo de trabajo del cliente.
- Cotizaciones de tarifas
- Dirigir sesiones de capacitación para contactos de operadores según sea necesario en Carrier Portal
- Identificar patrones con el desempeño del remitente, receptor y transportista y recomendar acciones para mejorar.
- Coordinar y dirigir envíos y entregas, incluido el remitente al cruce, el cruce al centro de distribución, el centro de distribución al centro de distribución, el centro de distribución a la tienda, etc. para mejorar la utilización del equipo del cliente/transportista.
