Application Developer - Power Automate

Job Profile Summary:
General Job Description:

- Develop, build, configure, unit test and implement solutions based on lower-level designs
- Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
- Implement system configuration changes based on defined solutions
- Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented according to Essity IT standards
- Unit test the solution to ensure that it meets quality standards
- Maintain, support and repair solutions to keep them performing in accordance with technical and functional specification
- Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization

Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of developing solutions using Power Automate (cloud flows & desktop Flows), Power Automate Desktop, Power virtual Agent, AI builder capabilities & PowerApps.
- Knowledge of opting different Premium licensing options & its organizational impact
- Experience in gathering B usiness requirements and P rocess evaluation.
- Effectively interacts with members of all cross functional departments
- Investigate emerging Technologies & lead the Application of Workflow Automation
- Experience in problem solving and the development of innovative solutions to fit unique Business needs
- Design, build and deliver solutions using the Power Platform in accordance with agreed principles and foundational/reusable components, guidance, and documentation.
- Support, train, and coach business stakeholders in their use of Power Platform within agreed principles.
- Experience working with Process Mapping & designs.
- Providing solution demonstrations & Proof of Concept
- Follow all department quality Standards/criteria & IT management processes.
- Understand IT key performance indicators & contributes to achieve targets both individually & as a team.
- Help Team with continuous improvements i n Governance based on best practices & recommendations from Microsoft & Gartner.

Key Competencies
- Functional & technical knowledge concerning the Power Platform (CDS, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, PCF & Portals).
- Experience in Architecting custom business solutions to client specifications.
- Develop and implement efficient Microsoft 365 solutions with the Power Platform that is integrated or linked with other Microsoft 365 tools ( E.g. MS Teams, MS SharePoint, MS Planner & MS Forms);
- Develop and implement Microsoft Power Platform using Dataverse, or SQL Server (Azure or On-premises) as supporting Data Sourc e
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Power Platform technical solutions
- A confident communicator with an ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the business at all levels (technical and non-technical).
- Additional Skills if possible: Power BI, D365 CRM, CRM Plugins, PCF Controls, Azure Functions, Azure API Management Gateway,
