**Job Description**:
**Resumen del rol**:
Instalar, mantener y reparar equipos internos de fábrica. Verificar que se realice el mantenimiento y la fabricación de herramientas.

**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:
Ayuda a mantener la producción de la planta haciendo reparaciones dentro del alcance de su experiência. Interpreta y da seguimiento a las órdenes de trabajo siguiendo varios procedimientos de trabajo seguro. Realiza reparaciones mecánicas en equipos de planta y realiza mantenimiento preventivo de forma programada. Aprende a identificar fallas en el equipo y reparar antes de una falla catastrófica. Comienza a desarrollar experiência en una habilidad especializada. Opera equipo pesado de tamaño mediano (por ejemplo, Bobcat, manlift, montacargas, zanjadora, etc.).Funciona al aire libre durante todo el año en todo tipo de condiciones climáticas. Se da cuenta de todos los riesgos de seguridad y sigue todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad. Mantiene los registros del departamento.
- Supervisión consultiva general, hacia metas y objetivos predeterminados
- Requiere experiência en el reconocimiento de problemas y habilidades técnicas especializadas para desarrollar soluciones y pasos de acción para una amplia variedad de asignaciones de trabajo difíciles
- Requiere algo de iniciativa personal e ingenio ocasional, planificación u organización del trabajo
- Habilidades técnicas o de oficina avanzadas, adquiridas a través de una combinación de capacitación previa y experiência directamente relacionada
- Interactúa con compañeros, supervisores y clientes internos/externos
- (Field and Mfg) Puede brindar asesoramiento a los miembros del equipo de nível inferior en proyectos medianos a grandes
- Habilidades para la toma de decisiones acertadas y la resolución de problemas
- Las consecuencias de los errores se miden fácilmente y se pueden limitar
- Puede trabajar en proyectos especiales con compañeros de otros grupos de trabajo
- Habilidad para leer e interpretar instrucciones rutinarias
- (Campo) Utiliza la experiência de perforación más el conocimiento del producto para maximizar el rendimiento del equipo
- Habilidad para realizar cálculos matemáticos básicos
- (Mfg) Configura, supervisa y opera varios equipos asociados con los requisitos de las instalaciones de fabricación
- (Mfg) Puede operar varias máquinas simultáneamente
- (Mfg) Puede realizar actividades de control de calidad según lo requieran las especificaciones de fabricación/ingeniería y los requisitos ISO

**Obligatorio**:

- Mínimo 2 anõs de experiência como Operador de ensamble
- (Field and Mfg) Aptitud mecánica avanzada, incluida experiência avanzada con herramientas manuales generales y equipos de medición de precisión
- Puede realizar actividades de control de calidad según lo requieran las especificaciones de fabricación/ingeniería y los requisitos ISO.
