**Descripción del puesto**:
El Commercial Manager es un profesional clave dentro de una empresa, encargado de liderar y supervisar las actividades relacionadas con la gestión de ventas y el desarrollo de relaciones comerciales. Este rol implica la coordinación de estrategias y equipos para lograr los objetivos de ventas y contribuir al crecimiento y éxito de la organización.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Estrategia de Ventas: El Gerente Comercial participa en la elaboración y ejecución de la estrategia global de ventas de la empresa. Colabora con la dirección para establecer metas, identificar oportunidades y desarrollar planes para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
- Supervisión de Equipos: Supervisa y dirige a los equipos de ventas y/o representantes comerciales. Proporciona orientación, capacitación y apoyo para asegurar que el equipo esté motivado y alcance sus metas individuales y colectivas.
- Desarrollo de Clientes: Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing para identificar y cultivar relaciones con clientes potenciales y existentes. Participa en la construcción y mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales sólidas.
- Análisis y Reportes: Realiza análisis de mercado, seguimiento de la competencia y evaluación de tendencias para ajustar las estrategias de ventas según sea necesario. Prepara informes regulares sobre el desempeño del equipo y los logros alcanzados.
- Planificación y Presupuesto: Contribuye en la planificación presupuestaria para las operaciones comerciales. Asegura el uso eficiente de recursos y opera dentro de los límites financieros establecidos.
- Negociación: Participa en negociaciones con clientes, distribuidores y otros socios comerciales para asegurar acuerdos beneficiosos y sostenibles.
- Desarrollo de Productos: Colabora con los equipos de desarrollo de productos para comprender las necesidades del mercado y garantizar que las ofertas cumplan con las expectativas de los clientes.
- Capacitación y Desarrollo: Proporciona entrenamiento continuo al equipo de ventas, enfocado en técnicas de venta efectivas, habilidades de comunicación y conocimiento del producto.
- Estrategias de Crecimiento: Identifica oportunidades de crecimiento en el mercado y propone nuevas estrategias o enfoques para expandir la base de clientes y aumentar los ingresos.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesionales en Ingeniería, Relaciones internacionales o afín.
- Experiência en un puesto similar mínimo de 5 años.
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Dinamismo y liderazgo

**Ofrecemos**:
