**Objetivo de posición**
El objetivo del cargo del Director Ejecutivo de Ventas es poder brindar apoyo durante todo el proceso en la venta de servicios del Adquiriente, para concluir la afiliación en el menor tiempo posible y asegurar que se inicie el uso de la plataforma contratada (atención en Postventa) además de coordinar esfuerzos para que siempre se mantengan operativos y de facturación (ventas y rentabilidad).
**Funciones principales**
- Onboarding (end to end): El Oficial Ejecutivo de Ventas es el encargado de revisar constantemente el estado de los procedimientos (Ventas, Suscripción C.A., Implementación) para monitorear y soportar el flujo de los folios generados por el Ejecutivo de Ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLA.
- Revisión y seguimiento de folios en Implementación, verificar que las afiliaciones de tarjetas presentes y no presentes sean entregadas al cliente cumpliendo con el SLA, y también generar un informe de afiliaciones concluidas.
- Nunca activo (menos de $50). Seguimiento de afiliaciones con menor o nula facturación por no más de 4 meses. Determinar si es necesario realizar un trabajo de retención con base en facturación, a través de una llamada de servicio, visita del Ejecutivo de Ventas, Oferta de promociones (MSI, fidelización, puntos, etc.)
- Cuidados Intensivos: Seguimiento de los clientes “TOP” o clientes más rentables de la división y verificar que se mantienen en este estado. Si se detecta una disminución en la facturación, realizar una llamada de servicio para detectar el problema y solucionarlo.
- Seguimiento y reporte de tiempos de SLA en las áreas encargadas de apoyar a los ejecutivos de ventas y divisionales a través de una fuente de información (monitor) completa y actualizada que a su vez se alimentará de: informes de implementación, Ingenico (Oper View), informes completados y no completados..
- Una vez concluida una Afiliación, el Director Ejecutivo de Ventas es responsable de monitorearlas y activarlas, para verificar el nível de satisfacción del cliente NPS con el fin de comprender los principales motivos de inactividad.
- Elaboración de informes ejecutivos. Como miembro de nuestra fuerza de ventas, siempre representarás los valores de EVO incorporando los más altos estándares éticos y de calidad.
**Requisitos**
- Lic. Completado y/o trunco en áreas Económico-Administrativas
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en áreas administrativas.
- Gestión de paquetes de oficina (básico) (avanzado)
- La gestión de CRM es un plus
- Disponibilidad de horarios Inglés básico.
