We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Finance & Business Operations team at Cloudflare. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing and testing our Global Sales Compensation Program.
Key Responsibilities- Commission Payments and Statements: Ensure accurate and timely distribution of commission payments and statements for our Global Sales Team.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment amongst cross-functional stakeholders and project manage commissions calculation inputs.
- Process Documentation: Build consistent practices, documentation, and desktop procedures for all commissions processes.
- ICM User Acceptance Testing: Participate in ICM User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in identifying and troubleshooting defects.
- Sales Commission Management: Manage and calculate sales commissions for special programs.
- Dispute Resolution: Work directly with our Global Sales Team to assist in timely dispute resolution, leading with empathy and employing a customer-focused approach.
- SOX Compliance: Ensure SOX compliance, collaborating with business partners and Internal Audit on execution of controls.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Commissions, FP&A, Consulting, or Sales Operations.
- Skills: Proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing business partners. Data-driven, truth seeker with a firm grasp of the commission administrative process flow. Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and system-based analytical tools.
