**Requisitos**
- Estudios académicos: Licenciatura en Administración / Económico administrativas
- Edad:Mayor de 30 años
- Experiência: Al menos 5 años de experiência como Gerente de Talento.
- Idiomas: Ingles básico
- Programas que deba dominar: Dominio intermedio de Excel
- Conocimiento de Nóminas, Ley aplicable y carga social relacionada
- Seguimiento de procesos y cumplimiento de objetivos
- Desarrollo Organizacional: Planes de sucesión, desarrollo de competencias, evaluaciones de desempeño, etc

**Responsabilidades**:

- La correcta administración de los asociados adheridos a la SC, nómina y de altas y bajas seguros de gastos médicos mayores y accidentes personales
- El estricto control de: Adhesiones, salida voluntaria, anticipo de remanentes, control documental y programación de pagos por todos los conceptos antes descritos.
- Estricto control de distribución de gratuity y propinas.
- Control de Plan de Incentivos a los asociados que correspondan.
- Revisión, auditoría y seguimiento de desempeño y funciones de asociados con base en manuales, procedimientos y políticas corporativas.
- Plan, procedimiento y ejecución de auditorías aleatorias de cumplimiento de manuales, procedimientos y políticas corporativas de todas las áreas y asociados requeridos.
- Gestión de programa de beneficios de los asociados y colaboradores.
- Promover una buena cultura especialmente en momentos de renovación y gestión de crisis.
- Fomentar la retención de asociados y colaboradores, monitoreando, motivando y evaluando a los mismos.

- Tipo de Contratación: Figura de asociado mediante Sociedad Civil, no se cuenta con figura patronal
- Rango de sueldo mensual bruto: MXN $30,000.00
- Reportarle directamente a Administration & Closing Principal
- Llevará a 1 persona de nominas a su cargo
- ¿Viajará?: No
- Horarios: Lunes a Viernes de 9 am a 6 pm, sábado de 9 am a 2 pm
