We're seeking a seasoned Tourism Operations Manager to lead our destination operations in San Jose del Cabo. If you're passionate about the tourism industry, excel in leadership, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Job Summary:**
As Tourism Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all destination operations, ensuring competitiveness through innovative products, driving outstanding sales performance, and delivering operational excellence. You'll lead a high-performing team of over 40 employees, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage all destination operations, aligning with our omnichannel strategy
• Ensure NexusTours offers the most competitive products and maintains service excellence
• Drive sales performance to achieve or exceed business targets
• Manage airport operations for seamless processes and exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to maintain the destination's leadership position
• Focus on numerical analysis and data-driven results to improve operations and profitability
• Foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction
• Mentor, support, and develop talent across all departments for continuous growth

**Requirements:**
Proven experience leading large teams in a DMC, hospitality, tourism, and/or logistics environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams of over 40 employees
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Results-oriented approach with a focus on KPIs, metrics, and operational outcomes
Innovative thinker with the ability to seize new opportunities and solve challenges
Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
