The program is designed to evolve with the rapid pace of technological advancements and changing employee preferences to ensure that today’s participants become leaders capable of conquering tomorrow’s challenges.
These positions will commence in July 2024 and will be based in CDMX.

AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague - empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.
How you will create an impact
Control of submissions for new business opportunities received.
Support the Underwriters by analyzing the requests to determine if the risk falls within our risk appetite.
Run loss reports that will help identify the accounts that could raise a red flag.
Identify opportunity areas within the administrative process.
Support new projects.
Contribute to achieve the goals of the Specialty Team.
