BDM (Business Development Manager) |

Esta posición es responsable del Crecimiento del Negocio en el portafolio de Segmentos, Cuentas, Proyectos y Productos que le sean asignados:
Food & beverage, pharma, electric vehicle, semiconductors, aviation, data centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Plan: Gestionar los objetivos y acciones necesarias para cumplir el 5-Year “SP”.
- Business Plan (Sher-Plan): Gestionar las acciones necesarias para cumplir los objetivos del “OP”.
- Especialización: Gestionar las acciones necesarias para cumplir los objetivos del “SP”.
- Working Capital - Gestionar las acciones necesarias para cumplir los objetivos del “OP”.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Gestionar las acciones necesarias para asegurar el soporte del equipo regional/global especializado en el portafolio de Segmentos, Cuentas, Proyectos y Productos correspondiente.
- Realizar benchmarking para identificar los principales competidores de cada segmento, de modo que presente un análisis de las principales fortalezas y debilidades de los productos que ofrece la compañía actualmente.
- Mapeo y monitoreo continuo del mercado o industria relacionado con el portafolio de Segmentos, Cuentas, Proyectos y Productos correspondiente, en todas las fuentes medios disponibles (IIR - Industrial Info Resources).
- Coordinar la estrategia de proyectos regionales/globales con los equipos correspondientes (LatAm, NA, EMEAI, ANZ, APAC)
- Networking - Establecer contacto y cercanía con los tomadores de decisión para anticiparse a sus necesidades y crear una relación B2B multi-nível que supere la posición de proveedor y logré la fidelización alcanzando la posición de Trusted Advisor o Strategic Partner.
- Competencia - Explorar y conocer a la competencia en todos los aspectos que sean relevantes para el negocio: Productos, Servicios, Soluciones, Organización, Distribución, Propuesta de Valor, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formación Académica: Ingeniería o Licenciatura afín al negocio.
Inglés
- Intermedio-avanzado

Especialización mín. 2 años en el portafolio de Segmentos, Cuentas, Proyectos y/o Productos relacionado.

Apertura de negocio y de nuevos mercados del sector del segmento específico
- Cuentas: Owners, engineering Firms, OEM’s, EPC’s, Applicators, Regulators, Influencers
- Proyectos: CapEx (Capital Expenditure) / OpEx (Operation Expenses) / MRO (Maintenance Repair & Operations)
- Productos: Thermal Insulation, Fire Protection, Corrosion Protection
