- Main responsibility:

- Nilfisk está buscando un ingeniero que pueda ayudar/coordinar los cambios de ingeniería y los nuevos proyectos. Estará trabajando en el departamento de nuevos proyectos (departamento de NPI en la planta de Querétaro) que forma parte del puesto de Ingeniería de Manufactura Global.
- Experiência:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Automatización o Mecánica.
- 1 - 3 años de experiência en posición similar.
- Key responsibilities:

Crear máquinas configurables para la planta de acuerdo con los procesos globales establecidos. En caso de procesos locales, seguir y coordinar con las diferentes áreas involucradas hasta la finalización del proceso para que el equipo de Customer Care pueda proceder con la orden.
Analizar Bill of Materials (BOM) para identificar materiales que necesitan ser eliminados según los Kits que se agregan a la CM. Crear los materiales necesarios según las necesidades del proceso.
Analizar BOMs, Kits y materiales utilizados en las máquinas para la creación de máquinas configurables en la planta QUE.
Crear nuevos materiales en SAP, incluyendo máquinas CMs, nuevos sistemas dentro de BOM eliminando los materiales no necesarios para el uso del Kit solicitado.
Actualizar y modificar en SAP según sea necesario en los requisitos de CMs.
Llenar los documentos necesarios siguiendo el proceso establecido y hacer seguimiento al proceso con las diferentes áreas hasta su finalización, proporcionando respuestas al equipo de Customer Care para la colocación de la orden de nueva CM.
Actualizar y crear procedimientos CM para la planta QUE, así como modificar instructivos y/o documentos de trabajo.
Participar en auditorías ISO.
Manejar Reportes de Problemas, coordinar actividades de seguimiento para la correcta implementación de los cambios de ingeniería localmente (ECN).
Crear, actualizar y registrar los cambios técnicos en SAP.
Liderar juntas semanales y actualizar el archivo de seguimiento para la implementación de ECNs y Promotion req., así como métricas KPI.
Brindar soporte en proyectos asignados, proporcionando información técnica requerida, y creando o modificando materiales, BOMs, routings, Prod Versions, etc.
