Si te apasiona trabajar en el área comercial y buscas un rol de **Sales Training Specialist** en el que puedas ser un socio estratégico del negocio, en un entorno dinámico, en las oficinas corporativas de Ferrero podrías encontrar ese desarrollo profesional que estás buscando Esta es una oportunidad para convertirte en el punto de referencia para todos los procesos de capacitación y desarrollo para el área comercial, coadyuvando en la creación de la estrategia y cumpliendo con acciones clave para nuestros colaboradores de los canales RTM, Operativa e Impulso a nível nacional.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Coordinarás el programa de Onboarding para personal White Collar de Ventas garantizando que los colaboradores de nuevo ingreso tengan una excelente experiência desde su primer día.
- Brindarás seguimiento, monitoreo y medición de efectividad de los planes de capacitación de los canales de venta Operativa, RTM e Impulso.
- Gestionarás el proceso de actualización: creación y validación de materiales de capacitación (físicos y digitales) del área comercial.
- Crearás sistemas de diagnóstico, evaluación y validación del conocimiento aplicado para los colaboradores del área comercial. Seguimiento al esquema de reconocimiento de RTM.
- Realizarás el diseño instruccional de los nuevos contenidos de aprendizaje para las capacitaciones presenciales y a distancia del área comercial.
- Serás responsable de coordinar y facilitar entrenamientos garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de aprendizaje definidos de acuerdo con el diseño instruccional.
- Serás Rol champion de ventas para habilitar, registrar y llevar el seguimiento de los entrenamientos e-learning y/o fundamentales.

**¿A quién estamos buscando?**:

- Lic. en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Pedagogía,, Administración de empresas o afín.
- Exp. mínima de 2 años desempeñando roles como: Especialista de Capacitación, Coordinador de Capacitación, Especialista en Aprendizaje y Desarrollo, Commercial Training Coordinator, Coordinador de Capacitación Comercial en empresas de consumo masivo o similares.
- Manejo de Paquetería Office en nível avanzado.
- Conocimientos en Diseño Instruccional, DNC, Colaboración en construcción de la estrategia de capacitación, Train the Trainers.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para viajar 1 vez al mes a campo.
