Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Facilities Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo:
Zona de trabajo: Santa Catarina
Horario de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes con disponibilida de atender emergencias fuera del horario
Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial

**¿Cuál es tu día a día?**
- Gestión de mantenimiento de infraestructura asignada. Informe y registre los defectos por encima de la rectificación menor,trabaje con los técnicos internos y contratistas para asegurarse de que PPM se lleve a cabo según lo programado.
- Asegurar que se mantenga el Plan Anual en todo momento para identificar cuándo se están llevando a cabo trabajos estatutarios, reuniones y otros eventos clave.
- Mejoras de acción identificadas durante las inspecciones de condición de edificio y lugares de trabajo.
- Registre las llamadas al servicio de asistencia por fallas del contratista y las mejoras necesarias.
- Tener capacidad para elaborar programas de mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo a equipos e infrastructura física
- Crear rutinas de verificación de instalaciones (Acabados, equipos críticos y no críticos, níveles de combustible, iluminación, mobiliario, hidrosanitario, etc)
- Mantener y trabajar activamente en el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento
- Aumente las órdenes de compra según lo requerido/autorizado por el cliente y asegúrese de que los procesos financieros se cumplan en todo momento.
- Completar las mediciones de calidad de servicio de proveedores dentro de los plazos acordados.
- Apoyar en la gestión administrativa del control de gastos, generación de PO´s, mantenimiento de indicadores SLA y KPI´s.
- Mantener el sistema de SHE. Trabaje con el oficial de Cliente H&S para garantizar el cumplimiento del sitio.
- Habilidad para diagnosticar fallas a equipos electromecánicos y solución de problemas.
- Control financiero

- Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas:

- 3-5 años de experiência en posiciones Gerencial de mantenimiento o Facilities en planta industrial.
- Ingles Intermedio (Para correos, documentos, y ocasionalmente alguna llamada)
- Ingenieria mecánico, eléctrico y/o administrador
- Conocimiento de los requisitos locales de seguridad y salud ocupacional
- Conocimiento de instalaciones criticas
- Conocimiento de la gestión de proveedores para servicios especializados
- Comprender los aspectos técnicos básicos de la propiedad
- Capacidad demostrada para entender e interpretar contratos comerciales
- Fuertes habilidades de gestión presupuestaria y análisis financiero

Sueldo: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mes
