**UPINN XIAOMI** La empresa líder en venta de tecnología a nível mundial con presencia en gran parte de la República Mexicana, está en búsqueda de un **Project Manager **en Polanco;
**Ofrecemos**:

**Solicitamos**:

- Experiência en puesto similar de al menos 1 año
- Iniciativa y buena capacidad de trabajar por objetivos.
- Experiência o conocimiento en productos tecnológicos.
- Inglés intermedio **(INDISPENSABLE)**
- Manejo de metodología agíl Scrum, Kanban, Agile, etc.
- Preferentemente manejo de lenguajes de programación
- Conocimientos en Odoo (Preferente)

**Funciones**:

- Crear capacitaciones sobre cómo ejecutar el sistema para que el personal de la empresa pueda utilizarlo
- Identificar todas las posibles acciones a realizar en el módulo de ventas desde una cotización hasta el requerimiento a almacén por medio de una orden de venta
- Crear código de tercer nível en Python, de acuerdo con la necesidad de la empresa o
- Adaptar el sistema Odoo a las necesidades del negocio por medio del Back-end (por código) y front-end (por ajustes) para minimizar los tiempos que se ocupan para operar el sistema
- Estructurar un módulo multi-empresarial en la cuenta que tiene la empresa para gestionar los proyectos que opera la empresa (Upinn de México SA de CV)
- Administrar el sistema que tiene Odoo para canalizar: cotizaciones, ventas, compras, punto de ventas, tickets, facturas e ingresos a las cuentas bancarias de acuerdo a la empresa (Upinn de México SA de CV)
- Planificar actividades, procesos y desarrollos a futuro para dar visibilidad a los directivos de los avances del sistema
- Colaborar con los partners para ser el vínculo de relación entre proveedor de servicios y consumidor final
- Garantizar la eficiencia de los reportes que emite el ERP para los beneficios y resultados del sistema en cada desarrollo
- Agrupar por equipos los canales de venta para interpretar y clasificar las ordenes que se requieran y así almacén matriz pueda identificarlos y reabastecerlos
- Diseñar listas de precios acuerdo a los diferentes puntos de venta buscando la mayor eficiencia posible
- Categorizar los productos dentro del punto de venta, módulos independientes, cotizaciones e inventarios para facilitar su identificación
- Elaborar “forecast” de venta por medio de la IA (inteligencia artificial) que posee el sistema para así generar compras más rentables de acuerdo con la demanda y la oferta
