Senior Pre-sales Engineer

Main Responsibilities
1.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities where our Software or SaaS solutions align with client needs
2.Conduct thorough discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their fraud challenges and business objectives
3.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our fraud prevention products and effectively articulate their value proposition to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
4.Develop and present customized product demonstrations that showcase the unique benefits of our solutions in addressing the client's fraud prevention requirements
5.Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored solutions that align with client needs, including crafting detailed technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs
6.Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on integration, implementation, and best practices for deploying our online fraud prevention solutions
7.Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and implementation guides 8.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to online fraud prevention
**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2.8~10 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, with a focus on risk control or fraud prevention solutions.
3.Strong technical knowledge of fraud prevention methodologies, tools, and best practices.
4.Experience in presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5.Proficiency in crafting and delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
7.Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
8.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9.Mexican citizenship with fluent English is highly desirable; Mandarin will be an advantage
10.Able to travel in Mexico and in other LATAM countries.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
