El Supervisor de Apoyo de Operaciones es un puesto de nível gerencial intermedio a cargo de brindar total liderazgo y dirección a un equipo de empleados, para suministrar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones. El objetivo general de este rol es garantizar la entrega perfecta de servicios de apoyo de operaciones en coherencia con los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Liderar y orientar al pequeño equipo de Apoyo de operaciones (en general, de hasta 10 personas) mediante la delegación de tareas y responsabilidades cotidianas y la recomendación de nuevos procedimientos de trabajo para ayudar a agilizar las operaciones.
- Realizar la capacitación, controlar la calidad y cantidad de trabajo del equipo y brindar comentarios sobre el desempeño, incluidas las recomendaciones sobre aumentos de salario, ascensos, desvinculaciones, etc.
- Analizar información de operaciones y realizar juicios de evaluación para resolver problemas.
- Ser responsable de identificar y resolver problemas de rutina y problemas operativos con impacto más amplio en el departamento dentro de los procedimientos establecidos.
- Identificar necesidades de contratación para asegurar una adecuada dotación de personal.
- Fungir como reemplazo de gerentes, según sea necesario.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.
**Calificaciones**:
- Entre 0 y 2 años de experiência relevante.
- Preferente experiência en administración de línea directa en un centro de atención telefónica o entorno de producción.
- Preferible conocimiento laboral de la industria financiera.
- Habilidades de motivación y liderazgo proactivo.
- Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
**Educación**:
- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.

- 2 años de experiência en sector financiero o Bancos
- 2 años de experiência en posiciones de supervisión en áreas de operación
- 2 años de experiência en proceso de Aclaraciones obligatorio
- 2 años de experiência en proceso de resolución de aclaraciones Bancarias (Contracargos), conocimientos en reglas de intercambio domestico (CID), Penalizaciones, Arbitrajes procesando con Eglobal (deseable) así como manuales operativos de Visa y Mastercard
- Conocimientos en Operación y regulación bancaria
- Cursos de resolución de aclaraciones PROSA, Merlos, Eglobal, Visa y Mastercard (comprobable).
Se espera del supervisor:
- Ejecutar estrategias operativas relacionadas con procesos de aclaraciones con el fin de generar eficiencias operativas, mejorar la experiência del cliente y minimizar los quebrantos a la institución.
- Resolver las aclaraciones generadas por los clientes del Banco dentro de un marco de control y regulatorio, brindando experiência de calidad al cliente
- Diseñar y monitorear la ejecución de estrategias operativas con el fin de asegurar
- Asegurar la productividad del personal a su cargo
- Garantizar la calidad del dictamen regenerado en su equipo de trabajo
- Asegurar el cumplimento de tiempos de respuesta regulatorios, así como SLA internos
- Generar mejoras en el índice de satisfacción de nuestros clientes
- Generar documentación de los procesos (diagramas de flujo, procedimientos, etc.)
- Generar y actualizar las instrucciones de trabajo
- Proporcionar retroalimentación mensual a cada analista del grupo
- Asegurar el cumplimento del reglamento interno de trabajo
- Documentar de forma adecua los incumpliendo identificados."
