**Position Summary**

Manages shipping team to meet the required daily activities safely and efficiently. Collaborates and communicates with shipping technicians to shipping fulfillment, will be responsible for organizing and managing finished goods inventory, as well as review order, detail, and requirements.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare documentation and forms for work requirements in areas of assignment to load, upload, pull, pick, deliver, or transport materials and product.
- Review, verify, and enter outgoing orders, materials, and transportation with proper documentation.
- Notify CSR of late deliveries and ensure all necessary internal contacts are aware of the situation and recommend course of action to resolve.
- Ensure that work requirements are completed appropriately with accurate information.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and receive assistance on complex problems.
- Perform a variety of shipping, receiving, and material duties, such as pull, pick, stage items, move, transport, and deliver materials, pack, and ship product.
- Assist with responding to daily questions and concerns from warehousing, inventory, production, and customer service.
- Investigate inventory problems and work with logistics team to determine solution.
- Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations; may require the use of safety equipment or gear, handle and label hazardous materials and waste based on area of assignment.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe work environment and may perform various janitorial or housekeeping tasks.
- Create processes for warehouse and shipping processes, maintaining revision control.
- Coordinate the material flow between plants, material needed, security issues, and risk analysis for this move.

**Education**
- Indistrial engineer, or similar

**Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Experience in a lead role within a Warehouse environment is preferred as well as in manufacturing.
- Oracle E-Business Suite and Warehouse Management Systems experience is required
- Competence in stockroom and shipping processes is required.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and maintain productivity is required.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions with little to no supervision.
- Proven ability to consistently lead and influence others to take positive action is required.
- Possesses a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proven ability to foster trust and a positive work environment is required.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and team building skills to manage relationships throughout the Plant and with other departments.
- Ability to create and support a team-focused environment.
- Ability to promote continuous improvement within environment.
- Strong customer service orientation is required.
- Must be able to handle multiple high priority tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend forms, use a computer, calculator, and scales is required.
- Must be detail orientated and a self-starter
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced English level
- IINDISPENSABLE
