- Desarrolla y mantiene políticas y procedimientos de capacitación - Administración de la Academia Merit (Plan operativo y presupuesto) - Supervisa los programas de formación en la Academia Merit - Realiza evaluaciones de necesidades para determinar los requisitos de capacitación. - Desarrolla y mantiene el presupuesto anual de capacitación. - Organiza y coordina la formación con instructores internos y externos. - Diseña y desarrolla programas y materiales didácticos de capacitación internos. - Imparte diversos programas de formación. - Mantiene registros de capacitación de acuerdo con las regulaciones mexicanas. - Trabaja con varios recursos estatales y locales para facilitar el financiamiento de programas de capacitación.

Experiência y requisitos
- Experiência educativa equivalente a una Licenciatura en un área relacionada con recursos humanos y 3 años de experiência relacionada. - Conocimiento en las regulaciones mexicanas en el rubro de capacitación. - Instructor Certificado EC0217.1 o similar (deseable) - Certificación en Diseño cursos EC0301 o similar (deseable) - Ingles avanzado
- fluido - Excelentes habilidades interpersonales. - Excelentes habilidades organizativas. - Excelente administración de Tiempo, espacio y recursos. - Hace que las cosas sucedan. - Facilitador de procesos. - Servicio excepcional - Conocimiento en sistema TRESS, Compliance Wire o software para manejo de capacitaciones.
