About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist III to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Clinical Specialist III, you will be responsible for assisting the Clinical department and hospital research team during the conduct of studies, as well as after the procedure, in all study-required data collection, including but not limited to adverse and serious adverse events reporting, source data collection, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of training plans and materials, including hands-on training and training materials development and preparation.
- Educate and train physicians in all Urology therapies, hospital personnel, and hospital staff on technical matters relating to company products.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, or Biomechanical Engineering.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in companies related to medical devices as field clinical specialties, promoter, technician, or sales.
- Advanced level of English spoken and written.
- Accountability, ability to relate with others, teamwork, good written and verbal communication skills, and result-oriented.

- Customer service, patient-centricity attitude, sense of urgency, ability to identify priorities, active listening, persistence, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and interest in market analysis and sales.
