**Job description**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Create and update customized private luxury itineraries for travel agents and direct clients;
- Follow requests’ confirmation;
- Issue invoices and process clients’ payments;
- Work in collaboration with hotel specialist to confirm hotels’ bookings;
- Assist with product development - designing descriptions for new experiences
- Work in collaboration with the various staff members and the CEO.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Be based on US time-zone;
- At least 3-year work experience in customer service within the high-end travel industry segment;
- Full professional proficiency in English and Italian;
- Meticulous attention to details;
- Computer literate, advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Understanding of the needs of very sophisticated, affluent, upscale clientele;
- Professional, proactive, resourceful, positive, team-oriented attitude;
- Ability and willingness to take direction as well as be self-motivated and work independently;
- Comfortable with working from home
**KEY RESULTS**:
- Independently process requests up to USD 50k;
- Develop direct contacts with the travel agents and encourage them to contact you directly for future requests.
