Estamos buscando un **Ingeniero de NOC Nível 1** para dar soporte, monitoreo y atención a nuestros clientes. Esta posición puede estar basada en la **Ciudad de México, Monterrey, Guadalajara o Ciudad Juárez, Mexico**.
**Rol**:
Asegurar la calidad de los servicios que la compañía ofrece a sus clientes a través de un excelente soporte, atención y oportuna detección y solución de fallas, tanto en la red de propia como en la de sus proveedores.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Primer punto de contacto del cliente en caso de presentarse una falla que afecte a cualquiera de sus servicios contratados.
- Creación de tickets para documentar los casos y darle seguimiento según la severidad del mismo.
- Monitorear y detectar proactivamente las fallas en el servicio de manera que, antes de que el cliente haga contacto, ya se esté trabajando en la solución y el cliente ya haya sido notificado.
- Seguimiento de casos hasta que la falla reportada quede resuelta satisfactoriamente, manteniendo informado al cliente en todo momento.
- Diagnóstico y solución de fallas involucrando al departamento o proveedor indicado, utilizando los canales de comunicación establecidos.
- Documentar detalladamente el progreso de los incidentes en el sistema de tickets.
- Actualización de la información de los sistemas de monitoreo.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos, instrucciones y reglamentos de los sistemas de la empresa, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones federales, estatales y locales.
**Requerimientos**:
- Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales, Telecomunicaciones o carreras relacionadas.
- Experiência de 2 años o más en un puesto similar, y al menos 1 año en atención al cliente.
- Bilingüe Inglés (100%) y Español.
- Conocimientos del área de informática y telecomunicaciones incluyendo redes, telefonía e IP.
- Conocimientos de bases de datos y sistemas operativos.
- Conocimientos de documentación y operación empresarial.
- Conocimientos de sistemas de monitoreo de red como Nagios, Opview, OP5, Solarwinds, HP OpenView o similares).
- Tener experiência previa en equipos de red como routers, switches, firewalls, y protocolos como MPLS, OSPF, SNMP, TCP/IP e ICMP.
- Conocimientos básicos de RF y equipos de microondas.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos fuera de horas laborables y participar en turnos rotativos.
- Tener iniciativa para aprender nuevos productos y nuevas tecnologías.
