**Job Summary**

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sale of the organizations products and/or services to customers in a specific geographic location. The position receives assignments in the form of sales objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives. The position is also responsible for coordinating marketing efforts and the service and support structure regionally.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Attaining sales objectives for the branch/area for Test and Inspection Products.
- Concentrating a high degree of direct sales activities into select market segments and key accounts within the geographic boundaries.
- Managing indirect sales channel for assigned region, lead qualification, sales presentations, demonstrations, quotations, closing sales and ongoing customer support.
- Travels 70% of the time.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Requires a Bachelors degree plus three to four years of capital equipment sales experience.

**Preferred Skills and Abilities**
- Must be able to travel 70% of the time.
- Bilingual Spanish and English

**Office environment.**

Must be willing and able to travel 70% of the time. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
