**The Opportunity**

Be the driving force behind our transformation of GTM Sales Planning initiatives.

In this role, you will build, drive, plan, and implement end-to-end Sales Planning processes and tools focused on effective Account and Territory-based Sales Quotas.

**Sales Operations at Nutanix**

Nutanix is expanding its Revenue Operations Team and transforming its Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. We are building out our GTM Program office, composed of several Sales Planning Program Managers. We aim to continue delivering an effective and robust Planning process for our sales teams while driving productivity and efficiency through continuous improvement.

**Your Role**

**Process Development
- Develop a globally consistent Sales Quota process.
- Review and align the process definition within the Regions and functions.
- Work with other Program managers and cross-functional teams to integrate inbound/outbound processes and data.
- Define guidelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the quality of execution of the Quota process.
- Lead Quota process deployment, enablement, and adoption globally

**Requirements and implementation
- Define, review & align on business requirements to execute Sales Quota Planning
- Co-ordinate tool development, testing and sign-off with the implementation team and stakeholder
- Build planning deployment timelines, project trackers and tool development roadmap
- Partner and execute implementation with the technical cross-functional teams.
- Integrate data and tools in the Nutanix ecosystem.

**Deployment
- Lead communication, enablement and adoption globally
- Coordinate with Global and Regional stakeholders at each stage of development
- Train Regions on realising the most value from the process, tool and data
- Support Regions through the execution of sales planning cycles
- Measure the quality of Sales Planning using agreed-upon KPIs.

**What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years experience with Sales Quota planning processes and tools in the software/high technology industry and Sales Operations environment
- 3-5 years of experience leading projects end-to-end from data insights, strategy and tool definition, deployment, and execution
- 3-5 years of experience working internationally across different regions and time zones. Strong leadership and English communication skills
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights or other sales planning platforms would be a plus. Ambitious & curious self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities and reprioritise as necessary.**About the Team**
