We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist who will work directly for a fast-growing and high-energy U.S. medical technology company that is making a major impact in the senior living industry by helping senior communities save time, improve care and maintain compliance. You will be part of a team of distinguished medical and tech professionals and startup founders helping senior living facilities upgrade their operations and deliver exceptional care. This is an ideal position for a savvy, self-driven individual with a knack for thoroughness and precision.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years’ experience as a data entry specialist working in English
- 2+ years’ experience working for U.S. or Canadian companies
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency (C1 or C2 EF SET level)
- Skilled at accurately handling highly sensitive data
- Experience processing information (such as compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data)
- Deep experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing, tracking details and meeting multiple project deadlines with varying completion dates
- A background in project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
- Interpersonal and team-building skills to foster collaboration and establish positive relationships.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Fully available during business hours on U.S. Pacific time
- Bachelor’s degree equivalent
- Experience in the medical or healthcare industry a plus
- Experience with the preparation of documents and contracts is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in carrying out essential data entry tasks to digitalize senior living facilities’ move-in documents and onboard them with new software platform
- Import data manually from scanned paper documents onto Google Sheets templates
- Import.csv files into Google Sheets templates and ensure all text is accurate and columns align correctly
- Input facilities’ move-in data into Google Sheets to ensure residents’ are set up accurately and in accordance with procedures and regulations
- Responsible for auditing data through checking for errors, ensuring that fields and columns are correctly filled out, and flagging gaps in data
- Responsible for reviewing packs of scanned paperwork and using the company’s tools to slice them into multiple documents and uploading directly to the platform
- Responsible for any other data tasks requested by the implementation team in the service of launching customers
- Be part of a high-energy team working towards revolutionizing the senior living industry
