**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**

A nível técnico ‍‍ es indispensable que tengas:

- Titulación en Derecho.
- Experiência previa en asesoría legal de empresas mínima de 2 años, será un plus si las empresas asesoradas pertenecen al mundo tech.
- Buen nível de google suit y paquete Office.
- Nível de idioma Portugués avanzado.
- Buena comunicación.
- Trabajo en equipo.

**¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?**

Nos encontramos en una misión de scale-up que atraviesa un alto crecimiento por lo que buscamos hacer crecer nuestro equipo legal y financiero en los diferentes países en los que estamos implantados.

Tu misión será llevar al día la empresa en sus aspectos legales y administrativos, por lo tanto, tus principales tareas serán:

- La gestión de los distintos contratos mercantiles de la empresa: Redacción, revisión y negociación de una gran variedad de acuerdos de la empresa con terceros, incluidos tanto documentos y contratos legales, como acuerdos de licencia de SaaS, contratos de seguros, contratos con proveedores de servicios, acuerdos de marketing, acuerdos de protección de datos, NDA y otros acuerdos comerciales.
- Apoyo en la facturación de los contratos de clientes.
- Contacto con clientes externos.
- Responsable de brindar asesoramiento legal a las diferentes áreas acerca de la normativa del país que tengan implicación directa en la sociedad.
