**Business Manager Meta - Scale & Long Tail, LATAM**

**Mexico City, Mexico** | **Full Time**

**OBJECTIVES**
An executive leader in managing the Scale & Long tail tiers operations for Meta in Entravision Latam. The leader will spearhead the company’s strategic relationships with agencies and partners.

The leader will be responsible for designing and implementing the strategy to generate scalable growth in the highest volume Tiers through the use of technology, sales teams, and capacity development in the markets.

Success in this position requires strong leadership, consultative, analytical, and technical skills, a focus on client development, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

You should be comfortable with change and passionate about general management and consultative selling. This position will wear many hats in this fast-paced environment, providing guidance and direction to regional teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute strategy to ensure growth and achievement of revenue objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities.
- Drive the highest levels of client service and improve relationships and process.
- Build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and business transformation opportunities.
- Actively participate in the Entravision Latam leadership team and global teams where appropriate, embracing the company mission.
- Develop, retain and motivate existing team.
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams, and external partners to build scalable solutions
- Drive overall operational efficiency across sales, marketing and business operations.
- Lead commercial executives identifying and uncovering opportunities to maximize marketing solutions impact, grounded on achieving measurable business results
- Drive sales growth by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities Project management of complex work streams
- Consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**- Native / Bilingual level of English is required
- 10+ years relevant local experience carrying a revenue or P&L responsibility in a high growth environment
- Demonstrable relevant experience in marketing, media or technology and proven experience in managing regional sales
- Personal network with C level executive contacts across the country’s largest brands and businesses
- Proven ability in leading high performance teams and delivering successful business results
- Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering against targets in excess of company expectations
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach
- Experience delivering success in a global, matrix organization.
- High caliber sales professional with experience of working across multiple geographies
- Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making, and communications skills including a perfect command of Spanish and English languages
- Experience working with and knowledge of advertising agencies and groups is a plus
- Deep understanding of television, Internet and other media advertising is a plus
- A high work ethic combined with a vision that will help achieve Facebook’s global mission
