_**ServiceNow Developer.**_

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 2 years of experience with implementing ITSM Processes including Incident, Problem and Change Management, Catalogue, CMDB, Portal and Integrations in ServiceNow platform
- At least 1 years of experience in Configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment in ServiceNow IT Operations Management - Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
- Working knowledge in ServiceNow IT Service Management and IT Operations Management Solutions and be able to build or modify custom patterns and troubleshoot
- Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment
- Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups.
- Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers
- Self-Learning Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts and ITIL implementation
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM/Discovery/Event Management
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
- SCRUM
- Lenguage: English 85% (Technical conversations and able to deliver training)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
