**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for all development and configuration work.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile/Scrum processes.
- Experience in ServiceNow Mobile App and Virtual Agent is plus.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Proficiency in a wide variety of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM and Integrations.
- CSA and CAD certifications in ServiceNow required, with implementation certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with documentation and a commitment to producing clear and concise documentation.
- Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
