Hotel Boutique Solicita**:Guest Service (Recepción)**:
**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en administración turística o de hoteles y restaurantes
- Responsable, sonriente, trabajar bajo presión, facilidad de palabra.

**Funciones**:

- Brindar un servicio de calidad cumpliendo con las políticas, procedimientos y estándares establecidos por la empresa para superar las expectativas de los huéspedes y clientes.
- Ofrecer un servicio óptimo a la entrada y salida del huésped, cumplir con los estándares de calidad de servicio. Realizar el registro de huéspedes y cobro de las cuentas de los mismos de manera eficiente y adecuada.
- Cumplir con las políticas de uso de uniformes y gafete.
- Llegar 15 minutos antes del horario establecido, reportar 10 minutos antescon el gerente para asistir al breafing correspondiente.
- Revisar que su equipo de trabajo se encuentre completo antes de entrar alturno (calculadora, engrapadora, suficientes papeletas de cambio de divisas, formato de caja, tarifario, plumas, etc.) en saco de hacer falta algo solicitarlo a su jefe inmediato.
- Asegurar el buen funcionamiento del sistema, firmando acceso únicamente en la posición asignada.
- Atiende los requerimientos del huésped, clientes y colaboradores, dando seguimiento y solución a los mismos, en caso de que estos estén fuera de su alcance lo turna con el gerente de recepción (check in, check out, cambio de divisas, etc.)
- Conoce a detalle las instalaciones del hotel (habitaciones, restaurante, facilidades, salones de banquetes, etc.)
- Asegura garantía eficiente para los gastos generados durante toda la estancia del huésped.
- Cumple con la cuota de cuestionarios de comentarios a huéspedes que le sea asignada.
- Asegura la información requerida en los formatos utilizados en recepción. Por ejemplo: tarjetas de registro, tarjetas de caja de seguridad, etc.
- Coordina con el gerente las actividades inherentes al turno las cuales son: chequeo de discrepancias, seguimiento de pendientes, elaboración de requisición de almacén y seguimiento a cargos no-show.
- Inspecciona las habitaciones que son asignadas para las llegadas.
- Ejecuta el arqueo de pitt, de acuerdo al roll establecido.
- Relaciona las facturas que se hayan elaborado durante el día.
- Informa al gerente de cualquier solicitud de cambio de habitación y una vezrealizado este movimiento lo registra en la bitácora de cambios dehabitación.
