Element is hiring an Order Entry Technician to serve as the front line of support for customers by ensuring excellent service, follow-up and attention.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Manages key accounts by scheduling workflow processes and communicating accurate due dates
- Provides status reports to clients and updates on work in process
- Coordinates return of customer’s samples and remnants as required
- Resolves discrepancies on purchase orders regarding quantity, specifications, etc
- Directs qualified outside leads / clients to the sales staff for quotations
