Estamos buscando tu talento y nos enorgullece invitarte a formar parte del equipo de Ciudad Maderas para cubrir la posición de **HR Business partner**, la cual tiene como objetivo: Liderar estratégicamente y coordinar eficientemente las funciones de reclutamiento, selección y desarrollo del talento en la sede asignada. Esto implica garantizar la atracción de asesores y coordinadores comerciales altamente calificados, así como supervisar el diseño e implementación de programas de capacitación para fortalecer las habilidades técnicas y comerciales del equipo.

**COMPETENCIAS NECESARIAS**
- 1 Procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección: (Avanzado) Comprender a fondo los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la incorporación efectiva.
- 2 Tecnologías de Recursos Humanos (HR Tech): (Intermedio) Familiaridad con plataformas y herramientas tecnológicas que facilitan la gestión del talento y el reclutamiento.
- 3 Desarrollo de Programas de Capacitación: (Avanzado) Diseño y ejecución de programas de formación efectivos para el desarrollo del talento en el área comercial.
- 4 Gestión del Desempeño: (Intermedio/Avanzado) Aplicar estrategias para evaluar y mejorar el desempeño individual y del equipo.
- 5 Legislación Laboral y Compliance: (Intermedio) Conocimiento de leyes laborales y regulaciones relacionadas con el reclutamiento y la capacitación.
- 6 Tendencias en Desarrollo Organizacional: (Intermedio) Estar al tanto de tendencias emergentes en desarrollo organizacional y gestión del talento.
- 7 Análisis de Datos y Métricas de RH: (Intermedio/Avanzado) Utilización de datos y métricas para evaluar la efectividad de estrategias de reclutamiento y capacitación.
- 8 Habilidades de Comunicación y Negociación: (Intermedio/Avanzado) Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente y negociar en términos de contratación y desarrollo de personal.

**REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO**
- Nível de estudios Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas
- Inglés (Intermedio / B2)
- Experiência de 3 a 4 años en reclutamiento (ATS)
- Experiência de 3 a 4 años en capacitación (LMS)
- Experiência de 5 años en la Coordinación de recursos humanos y KPIS
