**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Genesis Management is a fintech venture backed company that processes short-term signature loans for lenders. We are dedicated to our core values of Excellence, Encouragement, Strength, Diversity, and Support.

We are looking for talented bilingual sales representatives that are passionate, ambitious, confident, true competitors to close sales. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and excel in building relationships with customers.

We provide comprehensive training and guidance to ensure your success and excellent bonuses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand prospective customer needs to close sales and meet company performance metrics.
- Achieve and exceed established daily and monthly sales goals.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to overcome customer objections.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide every customer with an exceptional experience throughout the entire sales process.
- Ensure strong attention to detail when entering customer data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Required qualifications.

**Education**:

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or collections.

Must be comfortable making 125+ calls a day in a call center environment.

**Skills**:

- Leadership skills are a plus; could potentially develop into a leadership role.
- Multitasking on the phone and working on the computer.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control.
- Strong MS Office and typing skills required.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Capacity to maintain the confidentiality of compliance-related information and materials.

**Benefits**:

- Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm (No Weekends. No Evenings).
- Salary: Between $19,000.00 -$20,000.00 gross per month.
- Plus a no limit bonus based on sales paid out each month. --- Can start to earn after training period (1 week).
- Standard law benefits.

Work Location: Close to the Plaza Reforma 222, Metrobus Hamburgo.
