**Baja Expeditions** is the trade name of the oldest and most experienced eco-tourism operator in Baja California, now under new management. The company provides glamping and luxury camping experiences as well as on water eco-adventures, kayaking, sailing, diving, and water sports. We are changing the structure of the company to have two operations under one name with shared resources.
We are seeking an experienced, very competent organized manager with either marine or eco tourism experience who will be responsible for everything except the camping operations.

Duties include:_**
Operations, guest experience, sales, HR, accounting, legal, on a diverse set of products including the Mango Wind sailboat, the Westerly, diving operations, paddling trips, whale watching, and whale sharks.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the substantial number of associated permits in good order with the authorities. You and your team strive for excellence in guest experience, safety and can strike a balance between working hard, trying hard and having good boundaries.
You will be reporting directly to the President of the group of companies except for HR, legal and accounting to whom you would report to the company Controller.
