- Maintain a prevention approach and strengthen the HSEQ area in risk assessment, decision-making skills, development of HSEQ systems, policies, protocols and procedures.
- Design and implement a proactive and holistic culture that reduce HSEQ incidents.
- Development an effective communication plan in order all personnel is always informed and aware of operational risks.
- Generate synergy in the organization for proper crisis management, business continuity and risk assessment.

- Experience in Integrated Management System for Oil and Gas Industry.
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.

- Have a professional in HSEQ function to implement an integrate management system in the BU Mexico. By the review, modification or new creation of Processes, Procedures, Guidelines or Instructions.
- Give proper support to all areas in order to ensure the correct implementation of the Integrated Management System in the BU.
- Ensure the proper communication of the integrate management system implementation, the corporate functional requirements and the local government regulations.
- Give the proper support to legal department in all legal requirements related with HSEQ.
- Ensure the implementation of documents and audits related with HSEQ according with local laws and corporate requirements.
- Work together with WDEA HQ in order to ensure the proper implementation of the business Management system in the BU.
- Schedule and complete HSEQ audits related with the MS once per year or when is needed.
- To be in charge of the master list of documents related with MS in the BU.
