**Your role**:
As a Marketing Manager you provide strategic direction for the Nutrition division. Responsibilities include: P&L management, marketing plans, promotional plans, etc. You will also develop strategic marketing direction for product lines; ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies, based on KPI´s monitoring and provide input in Volume, ASP, Sales, Marketing expenses, CAPEX for all financial processes.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Build and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand recognition and expand market presence in the LATAM region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate development of business units and major product lines marketing plans.
- Build compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, brochures, and presentations.
- Supervise and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the efficiency of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and effective marketing strategies to ensure our marketing approaches remain innovative and competitive.
- Gain exposure to the LATAM market and contribute to the growth of our business in the region.

**What you'll be bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies at least 7 years.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.
