Objetivo del puesto:
Responsable de la implementación de los procesos de manufactura, la mejora continua de los procesos, mantener la tecnología actualizada, cumplimiento de los métricos de calidad y productividad.
Perfil de puesto:
Ingeniería concluida en Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.
Experiência deseable de en procesos de estampado.
Experiência administración de proyectos y especificación y adquisición de equipos.
Experiência en diseño de herramental.
Inglés Avanzado (90%), comprobable hablado y escrito
Manejo de software de diseño (AutoCAD, Solidworks, inventor o software afín)
Experiência en industria metal mecánica.
Conocimiento de Core tools.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Diseña planos y dibujos de los procesos de producción con el fin de maximizar la eficiencia mediante el análisis de layout de equipos.- Definición de flujos de proceso, métodos de trabajo y actividades del personal operativo.- Responsable de revisiones de diseño de nuevos equipos o transferencias.- Determina los componentes y herramientas necesarias para alcanzar las metas de producción de acuerdo con las especificaciones del producto.- Realiza actividades de ingeniería convencional- Mantiene un amplio conocimiento en el área de especialidad y un firme entendimiento de los principios y prácticas de especialidades afines.- Liderar implantaciones de procesos de manufactura en conjunto con Técnicos e Ingenieros de otras áreas.- Responsable del entrenamiento a mantenimiento y producción en nuevos equipos y/o procesos.- Solución de problemas mediante métodos de análisis que conduzcan a la causa raíz e implementa acciones correctivas sostenibles (DMAIC).
