ZF is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology. Whether it is a passenger car or commercial vehicle - the chassis plays a central role in safety, comfort and dynamics. ZF not only develops the essential components such as steering, braking or damping systems, the group also links all systems on board which are involved in longitudinal, lateral or vertical acceleration. This ensures a pleasantly relaxed driving experience without rough strokes - no matter whether occupants drive for themselves or are being driven autonomously.
**Your tasks as Program Manager (M/F/d)**:
- Oversee and manage Customer Program using ZF standard Program Management methods including GDPEP.
- Ensure successful launch of Programs with various complexities, leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and guaranteeing their effectiveness
- Acting as a link between customer, supplier, partners and department
- Accountable reaching of Cost, Quality, Timing, Spec-Targets in shared responsibility with functional leads
- Elaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved
- Managing risks, resolving problems / issues and managing baseline changes,
- Manage difficult and challenging situations with customer and inter-company departments.
- Manage communication and stakeholder as well as reporting & escalating to decision makers
**Your profile as Program Manager (M/F/d)**:
- Degree in engineering or business related with several years of professional experience in project management, project management certification will be an advantage
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Knowledge of project-planning tools
- Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and interacting with (senior) leadership
- Knowledge and understanding of business needs
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence; also to develop and execute a project & resource plan, incl. baseline change management
